Concept Care College can help you get employed
When Bulgaria and Romania joint the EU in January 2007, they were not given the privilege of full access to the UK labour market like the Polish and other countries which entered in 2004.
Bulgarians and Romanians are able to travel to the UK with no visa restrictions and stay as long as they want if they are self sufficient or working as self employed, but they are unable to take advantage of the many job offerings in the UK due to the restrictive nature of self employment rules.
It was then left to ingenuity of many private companies to look at all possibilities within the UK laws to make it possible for Romanians to take full advantage of many job opportunities in the UK without the restrictions of self employment - either using the Student Yellow card system or vocational courses. This Yellow card system not only does it give Romanians and Bulgarians the right to work full time, it also leads to a Blue card after year which give the holder unrestricted access to the UK Labour market.
One of such companies who facilitate the above with great success is Concept Care College, based in North London.
One of our reporters went to see their senior business development managers for an interview. Sam Fongho cordialy answered.

Yes, you can change jobs, as long as you don’t have a long break between jobs.
Why should some chose your program over self employed yellow cards?
There are many reason why you should chose this program instead of self employed
i)
Self employed is really only meant for people running their own business.
You will be breaking the UK law if you are working on a normal hourly paid job as a self employed.
You can get a criminal record and a £1000 fine if you are caught and your employer will have to pay £10000.
Such breech of UK immigration rules might prevent you from ever getting a status in the UK.
ii)
Self employed Yellow cards will never lead to a BLUE card, you will have to stay self employed until such time when the work restrictions on Bulgarians is taken off.
Where as on our program you only have 12 months to worry about the Yellow card.
iii)
As a self employed, you are expected to pay your own tax, this additional administration is often over looked by most people.
You can get onto serious problems with the UK tax office if your accountant is not a very good one.
With the influx of many self employed people, many people have set up many accounting firms which might be upto date with all UK tax laws.
UK tax under payment issues can live to come after you for up to seven years. Our student program ensures that you don’t take any risk since your employer is responsible for all your tax payments.
What is the cost of your program?
Our cost varies, it depending on program and placement provider. Some employers will pay the fees for their candidates and take part of it back from their salary.
It’s best to come and have a free session with our consultant to get the right cost for you.
